- Four Main Columns: Each item in the guidelines and checklists has four main columns:
- Task Name: The title or main idea of the task.
- Summary: A brief overview of what the task involves.
- Assigned To: Who is responsible for completing the task (useful for teams).
- Due Date: When the task should be completed by.
- Additional Notes: Each task has two extra sections:
- Tasks to Execute (Sub-tasks): These are smaller steps or actions needed to complete the main task.
- Things to Consider: Points to remember or pitfalls to avoid while working on the task.
Accessing Additional Details

Hover Over Task Name: To view the sub-tasks and things to consider, hover your mouse over the task name. You'll see an "Open" button appear next to the task name.

Click on "Open" Button: Click this button to open a new pane from the right side of your screen. This pane will display all the additional details related to that task.

Viewing Sub-Tasks and Considerations: In the new pane, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of the sub-tasks you need to execute and the key things you should consider.
Using the Checklists Effectively
- Track Your Progress: Use the checklist to keep track of where you are with each task. The 'Assigned To' and 'Due Date' columns are especially useful for managing tasks within a team.
- Dive Deeper for Details: Don’t forget to click on the "Open" button for each task to get a comprehensive understanding of what needs to be done and what to watch out for.
- Take Notes: Use the space in the additional details pane to add your own notes or insights as you work through the tasks.
